Corporate well being is vital for both employer and employee today. Healthy staff are happier, have fewer sick days, and work for longer.

I offer training programs to understand and to improve mental health, stress managment, breathing, posture and ergonomics.

I work with the following groups: desk based workers, screen users, asymmetric professions like dentists and musicians, coaches, trainers and the self employed, and all people who want to retain their physical and mental well being in the workplace.
